About the role.Webly Studio is a top-rated studio working directly with clients in the USA. We are hiring a Sales Development Rep to own outreach and closing on high-value conversations, on calls and over video, with US and UK businesses.
Webly Studio is a multidisciplinary creative studio, not an agency. We design, build, and launch work for startups and established companies, and we work in a transparent, honest, and highly iterative way. Our sales team is the first impression clients get of that craft.
This is a high-pressure, results-driven role. You will be on live voice and video calls with US-based clients, so native-level spoken English and availability during US business hours are essential.

- Native-level spoken and written English.
- A real track record of closing or owning a sales pipeline.
- Comfortable on camera and quick on your feet under pressure.
- Motivated by commission and high output, not just a fixed routine.
- A quiet space and a stable connection for daily client calls.
- Available during US business hours (roughly 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM Pakistan time).
