About the role.Webly Studio is a revenue infrastructure agency built in Pakistan and serving US and UK businesses. We run digital marketing, web development, paid ads, CRM automation, and remote talent placement for multiple clients simultaneously. Our team is lean and every person carries real weight. There is no middle management layer.
The Project Manager keeps the entire agency running on time, on scope, and on standard. You will sit at the center of Webly Studio's operations, not working with one client or one department, but managing the entire delivery pipeline across all active clients, coordinating every team member, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You report directly to the founder.
If you want to be at the center of how a real agency operates and not just watch from the sidelines, this is the role. You are the person who turns chaos into structure and keeps it that way.

What you'll own
Multi Client Project Management
Manage active client projects simultaneously across digital marketing, web development, social media, CRM automation, and SEO. Build timelines, define milestones, assign tasks, and track progress for every single one. When a client asks where things stand, you should already know the answer.
Internal Team Coordination
Coordinate daily across the design team, development, social media, and sales. Run standups, assign priorities, follow up on blockers, and make sure every team member knows exactly what they owe and when. You are the connective tissue between departments.
Monday.com Ownership
Own and manage all Monday.com boards across every client and internal project. Every task must have a clear owner, due date, status, and priority. You build the systems that prevent things from slipping. If a board is messy, that is on you.
Client Communication and Reporting
Send daily end of day reports to clients. Handle status updates, change requests, and expectation management. You are the first point of contact for clients asking about deliverables, plus weekly internal reports to the founder on project health, team performance, and blockers.
Quality Control
Review every deliverable before it goes to a client. Catch errors, missed requirements, and inconsistencies. You do not do the design or development yourself, but you are the last checkpoint before anything leaves the agency.
SOPs and Process Building
Document workflows, create standard operating procedures, and build repeatable systems. When the same mistake happens twice, you fix the process so it never happens a third time. You are not just managing tasks, you are building the operating system of the agency.
Slack and Communication Management
Keep Slack organized. Make sure the right conversations happen in the right channels. Follow up on unanswered threads and flag items that need attention. Nothing should sit unread or unresolved for more than a few hours during working hours.
Who we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, operations, or team coordination (agency experience is a strong plus).
- Strong written and verbal English. You will communicate with US and UK clients directly and write professional reports and updates.
- Hands on experience with Monday.com, Slack, and Google Workspace. Experience with Asana, ClickUp, or Trello also works.
- Working knowledge of GoHighLevel or a similar CRM and automation platform.
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude for drafting, research, task management, and problem solving.
- Understands the basics of digital marketing workflows including web development, social media content, paid ads, email marketing, and SEO.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, multiple clients, and multiple team members without dropping the ball.
- Takes initiative. You identify what needs to happen next and you do it without waiting to be told.
- Professional, reliable, and comfortable holding others accountable. If someone misses a deadline, you address it directly.
- Strong organizational skills. You keep everything documented, labeled, and easy to find.
- Stable high speed internet (25 Mbps minimum, backup connection preferred).
- Reliable laptop or desktop capable of video calls and heavy multi-tab work.
- Quiet workspace with camera and microphone for team and client meetings.
- UPS or power backup for uninterrupted work during outages.
What you'll get
- Competitive salary with structured raises based on performance and retention.
- Health coverage after your probation period.
- Bi-annual performance reviews with clear growth paths.
- Direct access to the founder with no layers of management between you and leadership.
- Real ownership over agency operations from day one (not busywork).
- Exposure to US and UK clients across multiple industries.
- A team that values execution over titles.

Interview
Shortlisted candidates are interviewed by the Webly Studio founder.

Please don't apply if
- You have never used Monday.com or a similar project management tool professionally.
- You are not already comfortable with the tools marked as required.
- You cannot manage multiple projects and teams at the same time.
- You need to be told what to do next instead of figuring it out yourself.
