About the role.Webly Studio is a multidisciplinary creative and digital agency serving US businesses. We build websites, run marketing campaigns, place remote talent and handle everything in between. Design sits at the center of all of it. Every client project, every social post, every landing page and every brand asset passes through design before it goes live. We need someone who can keep up with that pace and deliver quality work consistently.
You will be the in-house designer for Webly Studio. This is not a single-project gig. You will be responsible for churning out designs across every department and every client we serve. Social media posts, website graphics, logos, brand guides, marketing creatives, pitch decks, client deliverables. If it needs to look good, it lands on your desk. Speed and consistency matter just as much as creativity.

What you'll own
Social Media Design
Create scroll-stopping posts, stories, carousels and cover images for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. You will design for both Webly Studio's own channels and for our clients across different industries.
Website and Landing Page Graphics
Design hero banners, section graphics, icons and visual elements for websites and landing pages. Work closely with the dev team to make sure everything looks sharp and translates well into code.
Logo and Brand Identity
Create logos, color palettes, typography selections and brand guides for clients. Some projects will be full brand builds from scratch. Others will be quick logo refreshes or one-off assets.
Marketing Creatives and Ad Graphics
Design visuals for Meta Ads, Google Display Ads, email campaigns and promotional material. You need to understand what catches attention and drives clicks.
Client Deliverables and Presentations
Design pitch decks, proposal documents, one-pagers and any other visual material that goes out to clients or prospects on behalf of Webly Studio.
On-Demand Design Tasks
Not everything will be planned in advance. Some days you will get a request in the morning and it needs to be done by the afternoon. Flexibility and fast turnaround are part of the job.
Working Hours
Your primary working hours will be 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM PKT to overlap with US business hours. However, this role requires flexibility. If something urgent comes up during the day, you need to be reachable and able to deliver quickly. This is not a strict 9-to-5. It is a results-driven role where availability and responsiveness matter.
Who we're looking for
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva — your primary tools, where you should be fast and comfortable in all three.
- A strong portfolio showing a range of work across social media, branding, web graphics and marketing creatives.
- Ability to take a brief and run with it. You should not need hand-holding on every design decision.
- Understanding of design fundamentals including typography, color theory, layout and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for social media platforms with an eye for what performs well.
- Comfortable working at a fast pace and managing multiple design requests at once.
- Strong attention to detail. Pixel-perfect output with clean file organization.
- Reliable, self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Figma or other design tools.
- Content writing ability — if you can write captions, headlines or short copy alongside your designs, that puts you ahead.
